Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including the details of the rental you selected. If you have any questions or need to make any updates, feel free to reach out to us. We are here to help.
We will process a percentage of your payment upon checkout and then the remaining balance will be charged the day the boxes are delivered to you. If we are unable to successfully charge your card on day of delivery, we will contact you for an alternative payment method.
5 Box Package – less than 500 square feet. 10 Box Package – 500-1,000 square feet. 25 Box Package – 1,000-1,500 square feet. 75 Box Package – 2,000-2,500 square feet. 100 Box Package – 2,500-3,500 square feet. Please note, that this is an estimation only. reMOVE cannot account for the amount of each individual move.
Typically yes, but we are flexible and want to make this process as simple as possible for you.
At this time, we only serve Lubbock County. However, contact us! We understand moving can be difficult and will accommodate if we are able. Please know additional fees may apply for servicing outside Lubbock County.
We clean and disinfect our boxes between all rentals and pride ourselves on delivering clean boxes to our customers.
The charge includes both delivery and pick up for the box package that you purchased.
Yes, as long as we have availability! Contact us! Extended rentals will be charged the same weekly rate for any additional weeks needed.
